Stone & Concrete Restoration
Bay Area’s finest stone and concrete restoration team.
A dull finish, stain, or chipped edge can raise different questions. We look at your material and what changed, including earlier treatments and the surrounding details, before discussing the work.

Describe the condition
What changed?
What catches your eye: a dull mark, an open seam, or a worn finish? The condition helps us understand what needs a closer look; it does not determine the repair on its own.
What happens after you contact Fox
From the first surface photos to a written scope.
The material and condition are reviewed before the work is discussed and scheduled.
Show us what changed
Tell us what changed and where. If you have photos, a close-up and a wider view help explain the surface.
We assess the surface
We review the material and finish, including earlier work. Access and everyday use also matter when we discuss the scope.
Receive a written scope
Your written scope identifies the areas and agreed work. Preparation and protection are explained, with clear exclusions and limits.
Schedule the agreed work
The team records the scope, scheduling, and jobsite photos together, protects the surrounding work area, and reviews the completed surface and care guidance.
Our restoration clients describe the work.

Questions worth answering
Before Fox recommends the work.
Do I need to know what material I have?
No. Tell us what you think it may be and include one close-up plus one wider view when the live intake is approved. Material, finish, and prior treatments still need confirmation before work is recommended.
Can Fox provide a recommendation from photos?
Photos help Fox identify the first questions, but they do not always show depth, finish, movement, moisture, or prior coatings. Some projects require an in-person inspection before the scope is clear.
Does every surface need restoration?
No. A surface may need cleaning, localized repair, maintenance, further investigation, or no immediate work. Fox should not assume a full restoration when a smaller or different response makes more sense.
What should I include in my request?
Include the city or ZIP, where the surface is located, what changed, how long you have noticed it, and anything already used or attempted.
